  • What needs to be done to distribute a product using the Derivicom analytics API?

To release software which leverages Derivicom's financial analytics library, please follow these steps.

    1. The FinOptions.dll file needs to be installed and registered on the client's computer. The file can be registered with regsvr32.exe, which is located in the system directory.
    2. The RegistrationKey property on the API needs to be set to the license key you received when the software was purchased.
    3. As per the licensing agreement accepted when the developer library was installed, you will need to include a reference to Derivicom's analytics library, viewable to your end-user, within your software.
